At Moire, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order, exclusively for you. Our shipping policy reflects the care and attention that go into delivering your bespoke luxury home décor items safely and securely.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping Charges: Complimentary on all orders.

Order Timelines:
We offer two types of products with different dispatch timelines:

  • Ready-to-ship products: Delivered within 0–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Hand-tufted or handmade products: These are crafted especially for you and may take 20–25 business days for delivery.

Please note: For certain made-to-order designs, delivery may take up to 25–35 business days depending on the complexity and customization involved.

Delivery Address:
All orders are shipped to a single delivery address provided during checkout. If you’d like to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number (AWB/Docket number). You can also track your shipment anytime via the Track My Order page on our website.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the destination country and product dimensions.

Delivery Time:
Please allow additional time for international deliveries. Timelines may vary based on customs processes, local regulations, and logistical considerations.
