At Moire, we are committed to delivering a seamless and satisfying experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. Our return and cancellation policies are designed to be flexible, thoughtful, and customer-first—while ensuring the safe handling of our delicate and premium décor products.

Replacement Policy

We welcome product replacements under the following conditions:

A wrong product was dispatched.

A manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery.

The product was delivered in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a replacement, the original packaging (including foam, cushioning, and all accessories) must be retained and used to return the product safely—even if the product is damaged or broken.

Our Quality Assurance team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Note: We do not process refunds under any circumstance. If eligible, you will receive a replacement product of the same or lower value based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@moiredecor.in within 24 hours of placing your order or before the order is fulfilled from our warehouse—whichever is earlier.

We aim to process cancellations promptly, provided the item has not already been dispatched.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product has arrived damaged

A clear manufacturing defect is present

Return Window: 10 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partner).

To initiate a return:

Include 2 photographs: one of the damaged/defective area and one of the full product

Our team will review the request and respond with your return status within 2-3 business days. Once approved:

We will arrange a reverse pickup

Pickup typically takes 2–3 business days

Once received at our warehouse (within 4–6 days), our team will inspect the product before initiating a replacement

Important Guidelines for Returns

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please ensure:

The product is unused and returned in its original condition

All items in the original packaging are intact: tags, barcodes, invoice, user manual, warranty cards, accessories, and shipping labels

You will be required to print and provide 2 documents to the pickup agent
